Meet the Team

  • Mary Mitchell, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-C

    FOUNDER

    Mary is a Doctorally prepared nurse practitioner with dual Board-Certifications in Psychiatric Mental Health & Family Medicine. She has over 10 years of primary and urgent care experience as an NP. Mary is trained to care for patients across the lifespan and treats a wide range of mental health conditions. Her approach extends beyond traditional psychiatry, focusing on the connection between mental health, hormones, and metabolic function.

    She has a special interest in the mental health needs of first responders, women’s mental health including prenatal, postpartum, and midlife care.

    In addition to psychiatric care, Mary provides hormone optimization and medical weight management, recognizing that symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, mood changes, and weight fluctuations are often interconnected. By addressing these areas together, care is more comprehensive, personalized, and effective.

    Her goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that helps patients feel balanced, supported, and like themselves again.
