Mental health care with the whole person in mind
WELLNESS SERVICES
MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Evidence-informed support for metabolism and sustainable weight goals, including medication options when clinically appropriate.
WELLNESS TREATMENTS
Individualized consultation for wellness therapies, with recommendations guided by your health history, goals, and clinical needs. Treatment may focus on areas such as hormone health, recovery, body composition, metabolic health, and overall wellness when medically appropriate.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first appointment is a thoughtful conversation about what you are experiencing, your medical and mental health history, daily functioning, goals, and previous treatment. From there, we build a personalized plan and explain each recommendation.
CONVENIENT VIRTUAL CARE
Secure telehealth appointments are available for adults and adolescents in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
Please note: Wellness services, including hormone health, medical weight management, and other wellness therapies, are offered on a self-pay basis and are not submitted to insurance.
MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION & MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Individualized care for ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, mood concerns, and related mental health needs. We take time to understand your symptoms, history, goals, sleep, stress, and daily functioning.
WHOLE-PERSON MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Thoughtful care for adults and adolescents, including first responders and high-stress professionals. When clinically relevant, we consider sleep, stress, hormones, nutrition, and metabolic health alongside psychiatric symptoms.
ONGOING CARE
Follow-up visits focus on progress, medication response, side effects, and changing needs. Treatment is adjusted collaboratively so your plan continues to fit your life.
